For use in palliative care on the advice of a palliative care specialist for cancer-related, inflammatory-type pain when the oral route is not available. Administer as a once-daily subcutaneous (SC) injection (diluent 2ml 0.9% saline) or via continuous subcutaneous infusion (CSCI) using 0.9% saline in a 30 ml syringe.
